A serial article (vol.135 and vol.136) regarding M&A in Malaysia written by our CEO was featured in The Daily NNA Malaysia Edition (Published on 27th December 2023 and on 10th January 2024). The articles talk about MBO which means “Management Buyout”, and refers to a corporate takeover by a company’s management team. Last year 2023 was the year in which unprecedented number of MBOs were conducted and announced in Japan, and many companies were delisted as a result.
