(Founder & CEO: Yoshiyuki Kambayashi) have signed a business collaboration agreement in order to provide a comprehensive support system for the business environment of Japanese and local companies in Malaysia.
KDDI Malaysia, as a total consulting company, provides various IT solutions for Japanese and local companies to establish offices and factories. In recent years, KDDI Malaysia offers variety of services related to build business environment as One-Stop Service, which includes office properties search, designing, furniture installation and DX support.
LIKEARISINGSUN specializes in M&A advisory, legal consulting, and provides a full support for Japanese business entering into/withdrawing from Malaysian market, including establishment of new companies, acquisition of work permits and licenses, market research and recruitment/staffing services.
