We are glad to share that we have acted as the FA for Taisei Lamick Co Ltd, a Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed producer of liquid and paste packaging systems, on its partnership with Scientex Bhd. In this transaction, Taisei sells 80.2% shares of its subsidiary in Malaysia to Scientex and we also support Taisei to set up a new company and transfer some business to the new company. Besides our CEO, Shiori Nakamura, Razif Ramzan and Seira Tomita are the key persons advising the transaction and Ezra Toh and Daryl Khor have assisted too.
