We’re excited to announce the expansion of our team of professionals with Erika Hayashi, joining as our Vice President.

Erika graduated from Waseda University faculty of law, she worked as legal assistant in one of the largest Japanese law firms, Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and an international law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright in Tokyo. After that, she moved to Singapore and joined a local firm Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP, which has extensive global network around the world. She assisted in launching and operating Japan desk together with Singapore local lawyers as paralegal, and established relationships with various Japanese companies by providing legal support in a wide range of cross-border deals.

In Likearisingsun, she aims to engage in Japanese businesses in Malaysia including M&A transactions by utilizing her business experiences.
