Our company is expanding and we are hiring for Senior Legal associate.

Job Description

• Advising clients in a broad range of M&A transactions and corporate law.
• Advising companies on corporate matters in acquisitions (buy and sell side), legal due diligence, shareholders agreements, restructuring and joint ventures, mergers-demergers and all other corporate transactions.
• Supporting Superior on M&A deals including but not limited to drafting teaser and Information Memo, drafting NDA and advisory agreement, storing of documentation and handling of DD documents;

Requirement

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
• At least 5 years and above legal experience in corporate
